How do you control your interviewers?

Even though we have complete trust in our reliable partners nationwide, we always monitor interviewers directly and perform additional quality control on collected material at the end of the study phase. Over our years in the research business we have developed a successful, four-part quality control system:

1. A Market Agency supervisor is always present in the area during local interviews
2. Visual control of completed surveys (to ensure they were properly filled out, compare handwriting, etc.)
3. Selective phone and at-home verification using a checklist
4. Filters to check logic and repetitions after data is entered into the matrix
